Zombies for Halloween

A sorority sister of mine, Bethany, just bought a place in Woodinville. The house is stunning with a beautiful barn and land. Bethany and Adam threw a Zombie party in their barn for Halloween. I don't think I have looked any better before.

Weddings and more weddings

Mel and Ryan Weider have become good friends over the last couple of months. I had the pleasure to see them say their vows in Leavenworth with my bf, Tyler. What a fun wedding; flash mob dance (surprise to the bride and groom), original song just for Mel and Ryan, dancing all night long and 90 degree weather. Mel and Ryan light up the room when they enter and their love for each other is so contagious.

My cousin Jessica, well she is like a sister to me, got married this summer. It was a beautiful wedding and I am so happy she has found the man of her dreams. To love, laughter and happily ever after!

Painting All Day Long

Renee and Gabe decided to paint their house with the help of John and I...10 hours long! It was a dramatic painting job as we were watching the World Cup. I think if the USA didn't win, we wouldn't have gotten into our groove and start painting faster. Props to Gabe for getting up on the ladder and doing the eves!

Happy 4th of July!

Wow...did we have great weather or what? I can't remember when we had this beautiful sunshine on the 4th in Seattle. The last couple of years we have gone to the Kirkland 4th of July Parade...maybe it's because Gabe, my brother-in-law, likes to see the Bikini Beach girls on the hummer. I go for the DeLoreans.

How more patriotic can you get then having a Budweiser BBQ on the 4th?! I won a Budwesier house party and shared it with everyone at my mom's BBQ.

Lake Tapps

One of my friends works for PSE (Puget Sound Energy) and he got a cabin at Lake Tapps for the 4th of July weekend. Lake Tapps is a man-made lake by PSE. They drain the lake every year but in the summertime it is nice and full. My boyfriend, Tyler and I had a tiny room with bunkbeds and Ryan and Mel had the master room. Very tight quarters! Hiking, sunbathing, golfing, playing in the water, Joker's Castle and drinking wine on the row boat all with Mount Rainier in the background was a fun filled weekend. I got a little sun burnt but I didn't mind as it made me feel like it was summertime.

I have to give a shout out to my chauffeur . My friend Matt drives me to work and home everyday. He is a blessing...carpool baby! Almost every morning we get to drive by the cops trying to pull over single drivers in the HOV lane. It makes our mornings that much more fun. Silly people.

ExactTarget

Well, as of March 21, I started a new job with ExactTarget in Bellevue, WA. I am the Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant/Event Planner. Basically, I do everything they throw at me. :) So far so good. The company is great and really takes care of their employees. With my assistance, we got a Kegerator for the office. It is awesome, totally pimped out with our logo and colors. I designed it and everyone in the office loves me.
